At Khushi Realty Group, the commercial real estate arm of Khushi Housing Solutions, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information securely and responsibly. 1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, request a viewing, download a brochure or contact us, we collect the details in that form: your name, phone number, email address, company name where given, your requirement, an indicative budget, and your preferred method, date and time of contact.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our market notes, we store your email address and a unique unsubscribe token so you can remove yourself in one click.

Technical information. When you submit an enquiry we record the IP address and browser user-agent it came from. This is used to detect automated and duplicate submissions.

Marketing attribution. If you arrive from a campaign link we record the UTM parameters on it — source, medium, campaign, content and term — together with the page you landed on and the referring site. We keep both your first and your most recent campaign touch, so we can tell which of our own marketing is working.

Cookies. Described in section 5.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we do not ask for identity documents or financial statements through any form on it.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and to shortlist properties against your requirement.
To route your enquiry to the advisor best placed to handle it, and to keep a record of that conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself.
To send the brochure or document you requested.
To send market notes and other marketing, only where you have asked us to.
To improve the website, understand how it is used, and measure which marketing brings genuine requirements.
To detect and prevent spam, automated abuse and duplicate submissions.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:

Within the group. If your requirement is residential rather than commercial, we will pass it to Khushi Housing Solutions so the right team can help you. Tell us if you would rather we did not.
With developers and owners. Where progressing your requirement needs it — arranging a site visit, registering you for a specific project, or putting an offer forward — and only to the extent necessary for that step.
With service providers. Hosting, email delivery, analytics and CRM providers who process data on our behalf under contract.
Legal compliance. To meet a legal obligation or a lawful request from a public authority.
Business transactions. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets.

4. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse, including access controls that limit enquiry records to the advisors who need them and an audit log of administrative actions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. This website sets the following:

Session and security cookies — required to keep the site working and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be switched off.
krg_attr — remembers the campaign that brought you here, so an enquiry can be credited to the right source.
krg_compare — remembers the listings in your comparison tray.
krg_shortlist — remembers the listings you have shortlisted. This stays on your device; it is not a saved account.
Analytics and advertising cookies — set by the tools in section 6, where those are enabled.

You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling them may affect features such as the shortlist and comparison tray.

6. Analytics and advertising tools

Depending on configuration, this website may load Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. These are third-party tools that collect usage data under their own privacy policies, and they may set their own cookies. They are not loaded outside our production environment. Where you have consented, the Meta Pixel may be used to measure and target advertising.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the requirement and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Attribution cookies expire on their own.

8. Third-party links

This website links to third-party sites, including developer websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Review their policies before providing any personal information to them.

9. Your rights
