4. What this website is — and what it is not
This website publishes commercial real estate only: offices, retail and high street, industrial and warehousing, and commercial land and SCO plots. We act as an advisory and intermediary. We are not the developer, owner or builder of any project shown here unless expressly stated.
Residential requirements are not handled on this desk. They are handled by Khushi Housing Solutions, and we will refer you there.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract. No booking, allotment, tenancy or sale is created by anything published here or by submitting an enquiry. A transaction arises only under a separate written agreement signed by the parties to it.
5. Property information, pricing and RERA
- Rates, rents, areas, floor plates, possession dates, availability and specifications are indicative, are drawn in part from developer and owner sources, and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
- Areas may be quoted on a carpet, built-up or super built-up basis and the basis can differ between listings. Confirm the basis before relying on any figure.
- Where a RERA registration number is shown, it is reproduced as supplied to us. You must verify it independently on the relevant authority's portal before committing to a transaction.
- Yield, return, escalation and appreciation figures are illustrative estimates based on current market benchmarks. They are not forecasts, guarantees or investment advice.
- Images, renders, plans and visualisations are indicative and may show a design intent, a similar asset or a stock image rather than the exact unit offered.
6. Content disclaimer
All information on the website is provided for general information only, in good faith and believed accurate when published. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, currency or usefulness. We may modify or remove content at any time without prior notice. Our Disclaimer sets out these limits in full and forms part of these terms.
